### Renovated family house for 13 ppl in Royan, near the beach

A unique, tastefully renovated, family-friendly, and bright 1950s Royan house.  
A garden in the city center!  
It accommodates up to 8 people (or up to 10 people).  
Approximately 200 m². Comprising:  
On the ground floor: a large entrance hall on the city side (can store bicycles, strollers, etc.), a large two-car garage measuring 1.92 m H x 3.50 m W x 2.50 m L.  
First floor: Garden side  
To the north: an office/library, a kitchen equipped with a refrigerator and freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, a range hood, a two-burner gas stove, a living room with a dining area, a large table and chairs; 1950s furniture, a south-facing garden with a large terrace, garden furniture with an awning, deckchairs, and a separate toilet.  
2nd floor: three bedrooms, a separate toilet, a bathroom, and two powder rooms. The sleeping accommodations on the north side include a "dormitory" bedroom with three single beds + a crib, storage, a connecting bathroom, a bedroom with a 160 cm bed, storage, and a powder room, and a bedroom with a 140 cm bed + storage and a powder room, with garden views.  
3rd floor: A north-facing bedroom with two single beds (90 x 2) and storage.  
An apartment is available for rent on the top floor, with an entrance hall, a living room with an open kitchen featuring a tabletop refrigerator, two electric burners, a microwave, and small appliances, a bedroom with a double bed (160 cm), and a powder room. The complex is located less than 300 meters from Foncillon Beach, the Palais des Congrès, the Royan Port, and 500 meters from Royan town center.
