You can expect a 2-room apartment measuring 36 square meters on the 1st floor during your vacation. The comfortable furnishings consist of a living/dining room featuring a double sofabed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm) and a flat-screen TV, with access to a balcony. Additionally, there is a separate room equipped with a French bed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm), also offering access to the balcony.  
  
Amenities Included  
The kitchenette is well-equipped with 4 hot plates, a dishwasher, freezer, electric coffee machine, and a combination microwave. The apartment also features a shower/WC and gas heating for your comfort. Outside, you can enjoy the 7 square meter balcony furnished with balcony furniture. The property provides Internet (WiFi, extra) and a reserved parking space. Please note that a smoke alarm is present for your safety.
