« I loved the cottage! I will suggest a few things: The front door knob is loose and the doors do not align to use the dead bolt. Having a small table and chairs where the sitting chairs would be a nice option for those that could use more table space to eat as well as use a laptop computer. »

« This property is just as beautiful as the pictures imply. You couldn't ask for a better view to wake up to in the mornings. Something for everyone - we swam, kayaked, paddled, fished, crabbed, and boated. The grandparents read books on the porch enjoying the view. Fourth of July in downtown Belhaven was a scene from a Hallmark movie. We had a great time and would definitely return. »

« We spent 3 lovely nights here in this lovely cottage. It had everything we needed. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. We were able to dock our boat outside on the creek giving us easy access to fishing and fun. Would absolutely recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful get away! »

« The property is in a really great area. The home itself is a great place to stay for a vacation, with many beds and enough rooms. However, the bathrooms and kitchen seemed not well maintained. While we did not need to use the kitchen, we were not keen to use the Bathroom for a shower since we didnt like it . Overall good stay, except clenliness of the place. »

« Enjoyed our time at Drakes Cove. First part of our stay was during a tropical storm, but it was very relaxing nonetheless. My son took his boat and thoroughly enjoyed having it docked right there in the back yard all week. The house was immaculate. I really appreciated that. Will definitely stay again. »

« Everything about the cabin was great. Only issues: no tv remote, coffee maker didn’t work. Previous renters apparently stole remote. Jason remedied the issues quickly. I suggest these items are added to a checklist for review before the next guest(s) arrive. I would highly recommend this cabin! »
