The bedroom benefits from a super comfy bed & plenty of storage space with the bathroom luxuriously fitted out with marble and copper tones. This recently developed property is perfectly located in the Centre of Leamington Spa, just off The Parade. A perfect base for exploring Leamington Spa with the historic Town Centre on your doorstep. The space High ceilinged Georgian period property complete with many original features within a recently renovated apartment block completed to the highest standard with modern features throughout. Fitted out to an exceptionally high standard with interiors and furniture the property benefits from a huge amount of natural light from the large French Doors whilst also remaining quiet at night due to a double layered glazing blocking out the Town Centre noise. Guest access Guests have access to the whole property during their stay. The property is NOT shared with anyone else. Other things to note The nearest Supermarket is the Marks & Spencer opposite, there is also a Tesco which is a 2 minute walk away. Local pubs and bars are located nearby due to the Centre of Town location, just off The Parade, Leamington Spa.
