Wonderful stay in a quiet street close to Rovinj old town.

Perfect stay in Rovinj

Very kind hosts, made us fell very welcome. Location is the best - short walk to the old town of Rovinj and also a few minutes to the beautifull park Zlatni rt. Apartment is very clean and comfortable for a family, we had a wonderful time. Highly reccomend!

Lovely and comfortable place for stay!

Very nice and clean appartment. Easy to find and with Parking possibility. Supermarket right around the corner, City Center and beach in walking distance (10 Minutes). Nice to also have the possibility to sit Outside.

Absolutely perfect

The host was very friendly and we were able to keep in touch easily. The apartment was very nice, spacious and clean in the best location, the kitchen was well equipped. It was only a short walk to the old town and the beaches as well, in a quiet street. The view from the small balkonies was wonderful and peaceful.

Loved this stay! The host is very welcoming and helpful. Beautifully furnished, well equipped apartment, especially appreciated the mosquito nets on windows. Great water pressure, comfy bed, quality appliances. Quiet area, so had a restful night’s sleep. Spacious parking space right next to the house. Rovinj center, beaches and grocery stores short walks away. A really enjoyable experience!

Extraordinary journey!

I enjoyed my stay in this apartment. In my opinion it deserves 6 stars… everything brand new and spotless. Quiet location, parking, close to the old town…. Fantastic. The internet was the only thing that was a bit problematic (very slow and cut out intermittently) but this is not the fault of the host. Would and will return for sure !

High-end vacation!

This place is perfect for those wanting to experience Rovinj and still feel like you're away from the hustle and bustle of tourist season. The apartment is just around the corner from the waterfront in a quiet neighborhood. Parking was simple and having your vehicle nearby makes moving luggage easy. The building holds multiple rentals but this one has a private entrance around the side and a small patio in a lovely, shady garden. The host is always available and values his guests' privacy. The heart of Rovinj is a short 15 min walk along the waterfront, and a 30 min walk along the coast brings you to the best beaches in the area. The market less than a block away was a huge plus as well. The space is simply furnished with everything you could need for a comfortable stay.

Cozy, Clean, Great Location at an Affordable Price

We stayed with friends, and we had two rooms on the first floor. The host was extremely welcoming and was pleased to meet us in person, despite our late arrival. Throughout our week-long stay, he struck a perfect balance between respecting our privacy and being attentive to our needs. The accommodation is superb and offers excellent value for the price compared to other types of lodging. Staying on the first floor, you have a table and enough space to spend your evenings in the fresh air. One of the rooms is slightly larger, but the appliances in both are equally good. It's clean, spacious, and well-equipped with amenities like a washing machine, dishwasher, kettles, coffee maker, toaster, iron, a supply of household essentials, and a variety of kitchen tools. It felt like visiting a friend's house. It's worth mentioning that having your own parking is a rarity in such small towns, but it's readily available here. As for the beach, as shown on the map, if you're not staying at a 5-star hotel, you'll likely need to walk to get there. From these apartments, the distance is minimal, and there's also a decent grocery store nearby. A stroll to the city center is also not too far. I highly recommend this accommodation option

The perfect place to stay in Rovinj! The unit is easily accessed coming into the town with very convenient parking, and is just a step away from the harbor and the old town. The hosts were very friendly and so helpful. Everything was clean and nicely furnished too. We had a great stay here!

Glorious residence!

Ideal Location in a well thought out apartment.

The location is ideal with a grocery store around the corner as well as ample restaurants. The Old Town of Rovinj is a short walk from the apartment offering endless further options (cafes, gelaterie, restaurants and shops). Our host was extremely friendly and helpful. We would most definitely return!
