The detached holiday home, renovated in 2023, is furnished in the typical local style. The property is located on a farm, on the outskirts of the village. The residence is popular due to the view from the property of the panorama and its quiet and sunny location. Available for use are: lawn for sunbathing, parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, pavilion, garden furniture and courtyard.

Rovinj. The holiday home is located on a farm, on a enclosed garden plot with meadow and flowers, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. District Madonna del Campo. The house is surrounded by lush greenery. Access is via a side road (rubble or gravel). Parking (for 3 cars) is available on the property.
