### Emma Apartment with balcony

Apartment up to 3 persons close to the old city center is located in new modern building and is close to everything you need for a cozy vacation. The place is on the 2nd floor available only by stairs. It has a private parking. Inside is a kitchen equipped with utensils , living room with SAT TV, air condition, and the whole place has free internet WI FI, bathroom with shower, washing machine and hairdrier. Down town Rovinj is about 10 minutes walk away and the beaches as well. Close by supermarket, coffee bar and restaurant.

There is private parking in front of the building.  
Pets are not allowed.  
Smoking is allowed only on balcony.   
This apartment is ideal for couples, solo travelers or family with 1 child or baby. Have 1 separate bedroom with double bed and sofa in living room for additional guest.
