« The house was very nice. It was roomy for my family. The beds were comfortable. Unfortunately the hot tub did not work and was dirty. I’m not sure what was wrong with it. I highly recommend this house. It was in a beautiful location and convenient location with a grocery store and coffee places. »

« My husband and I stayed at the John Riordan house to celebrate our wedding anniversary in the town where we were married 30 years ago. It was an incredible experience staying in a historical home that has been so lovingly restored. We loved reading the books about Jerome’s history, looking at all of the photos and artifacts, getting a thrill ride on the swing, and of course, enjoying the panoramic views. We will definitely book a return visit sometime. »

« This is a beautiful, clean and comfortable home with plenty of room. The location is amazing with a terrific hike to “Coffee Pot mountain” within a short five minute walk to the trailhead. Great views from the patio, five minutes to grocery stores, a very nice kitchen and a big gas grill. I would definitely stay here again - without any hesitation. »

« Beautiful home with great views and close enough to quickly drive into town or even walk if desired. Enjoyed coffee on the deck and a nice place to hang with family in the living room. The management company is a bit aggressive with the numerous texts/emails about upselling early checkin/late checkout and threats to charge an additional half day rent if you’re still there at 10:01 am, but I guess that’s just part of trying to turn a lot of properties quickly. Overall a very nice place to stay in...

« The Zins were exceptional hosts and their rental was very thoughtfully stocked with exactly what guests would need in the places where it was needed. « We stayed here for a verde river paddle trip. We were only there for one night- arriving around 8:30 pm and then leaving the next morning at 9:30. The cottage was fully stocked with things you need, and you can tell a lot of thought was given to the space. The hot tub under the stars was perfect.
