"Check in was an issue as i needed to contact the property management when the door code did not work and phone reception was spotty. The biggest problem however was the bed, with the mattress broken on one side causing a significant dip in the mattress causing me back pain. The television in the bed room did not funtion appropriately with the cable box cord broken. "Great cabin with everything you need. Nice quality bath products and the bed very comfortable. Communication was fabulous. Unfortunately we witnessed a mouse in the kitchen. We think it entered through an area (a hole) of the front door framing that was exposed to the outside. The host immediately responded and made arrangements to have door inspected and repaired as needed, but we didn’t know if this addressed the problem or not, and just decided to leave a day early and not deal with it....
