"The staff was very friendly and helpful. My room was clean but not immaculate. Everything worked fine in my room but it showed lots of wear. I do believe I got what I paid for and I am satisfied."

"I have fair expectations for a room between $75-100/night. But this room was awful and frankly, unsafe. The bathroom light was failing, the tub floor had no slip-preventing pad or stickers on it, and the curtain rod was hung crooked and hanging by a thread. Wyndham needs to look into the management and demand changes, because this is not up to their standards. Not even close."

"When my flight was cancelled after multiple delays all day long, I booked a room at the Shreveport Marriott. The shuttle driver was so very courteous and kind!! He inquired if I was hungry as the cafe in the hotel had closed for the day and Mr Johnny was concerned I might be hungry after a long day of waiting around the airport. I assured him I was fine, and he efficiently got me to the front door to check in. The desk attendant was equally kind and courteous, and I was checked in with no delay. The bed felt like heaven, and after a short soak in a hot bath, I fell asleep quickly for a blissful 4 hours, before my alarm went off to rise and shine for another day of travel. The morning shuttle driver was friendly and courteous to all of us, and made sure we were all comfortable before heading to the airport. I will be a faithful Marriott fan from now on!!"

"The resort was nice and clean. Friendly front desk employees but the restaurant employees could use some customer service training. I honestly booked this resort basic on the description of the location. It was walking distance to the boardwalk so I was thinking perfect its by more restaurants and shopping. The so call "boardwalk " is a ghost town. Maybe 4 stores and a lot of empty buildings. My husband and I was very disappointed. So DO NOT GO TO BOSSIER CITY unless you just want to gamble because its absolutely nothing else to do."

"We stayed on a Monday night, so both restaurants were closed. The little cafe was open but outrageously priced. We enjoyed a $9 sliver of Key lime pie,but the rep that sold it acted like we were bothering him. We walked across to Bally's for a hot meal,which was absolutely delicious. The room was clean and spacious. The pillow top bed was comfortable, and the soaking tub was nice. Plenty of water pressure. You can see things that need maintenance, like peeling wallpaper in a few spots,but our room was clean and refreshing. I read.other reviews that slammed this place, but I guess some people have nothing better to do than complain. We will stay here again! Excellent value, cozy room, restful sleep!"

"Sheets did not look clean, they were very wrinkled, room smelled like it had been smoked in. Tv remote was missing. But bed was comfortable, shower had nice hot water and worked, toilet needs new pull chain, it was corroded off the lever. Not somewhere i look forward to coming back to but you get what you pay for i guess, I was trying to save 20 bucks."
