Welcome to the Round Top Rose! Enjoy this private three-bedroom, two bathroom home with a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room, and a peaceful back patio. Enjoy our outdoor seating area and fire pit in the backyard! Conveniently located a few blocks from some of our favorite restaurants, shopping, wine, and antiques. This little red house is perfect for groups of friends and couples looking to escape the city. Come, escape to Round Top and stay a while!  
  
This property is professionally managed by HOSTIE Vacation Rentals. They will be available during your entire stay!  
  
The Round Top Rose is conveniently located in Round Top city limits, so there is potential for road noise.  
  
You'll have access to the entire house, front and back yard spaces. Please note there is a garage apartment behind the house, which may be occupied with another guest at time of stay.

If you plan to explore outside of Round Top city limits, you'll need a vehicle to get to the surrounding area. Consider renting HOSTIE's chauffeured luxury sprinter van during your stay. Ride sharing apps, like Uber/Lyft, generally aren't available in this rural area.  
  
\-Pre-arrival form & rental agreement: we do ask for a copy of your ID as part of our guest screening process after the reservation is confirmed. You will also be asked to sign a rental agreement.

This was exactly as advertised and very well appointed. Super clean, comfortable, and convenient. Hostie is well run and someone had opened up the house with lots of nice personal touches. Its a great house for a group staying in Round Top. Thanks for a wonderful stay. We will be back!

We loved the atmosphere of the house. The furnishings were very comfortable and attractive. The layout of the house was very suitable. The extra coffee bar was very convenient and appreciated. The location was wonderful, we were able to walk to nearby restaurants and shops.
