The open-plan kitchen and dining flow seamlessly onto a private outdoor deck with BBQ — perfect for entertaining or unwinding after a day of adventures.  
  
Outside is a little slice of paradise, featuring a hammock, trampoline, and fragrant citrus trees. Keep your bikes safe in the garage with its dedicated bike rack and power supply to charge E-Bikes.   
  
Stay cozy by the wood fireplace or enjoy year-round comfort with two heat pump/air-conditioning units.  
  
Just minutes from Rotorua International Stadium (you can even catch glimpses from the backyard), Waipa Mountain Bike Park, Whakarewarewa & Redwood Forests, and Toi Ohomai Institute of Technology — adventure and relaxation are right at your doorstep.
