A ways out of town but that’s ideal IMHO given the town is very touristy. Very cool to have your own dock (and the public boat ramp is just a few doors down). We rented kayaks from River Rats and they dropped them off for us.BIG caveat is that the house is essentially a duplex – there is another similar house about 2 ft away that effectively share the property. No one was there during our visit but if it was a noisy group it would seriously impact the experience. I think it is misleading that isn’t mentioned in the listing as the overhead photo includes both houses!! ##### Adam F.
