Convenience is key here, with three bedrooms sleeping 6 guests, a spacious lounge, and private courtyard, walking distance to shops and restaurants. With complimentary WIFI, Smart TV, a thermally heated hot pool and private outdoor areas- you may not want to leave! This two level, three bedroom home comfortably sleeps six adults. Upstairs: Bedroom 1: Queen bed Bedroom 2: Double bed Downstairs: Bedroom 3: Queen bed Bathroom: Shower, vanity, separate toilet. The kitchen comes fully equipped with quality appliances, crockery, cutlery and glassware. There is a dedicated dining space and a comfortable living room which opens up onto a private cobbled rear patio. Out here you'll find an outdoor table setting as well as a 6-burner BBQ, just perfect for alfresco dining. To top it off there's a thermally heated private hot pool\* on site too. For those needing to stay connected, there is complimentary high speed WIFI and a smart TV. There is a heat pump/air con unit in the living room. There are two off-street parking spots as well as a single garage for storing bikes and more. You will be in the heart of the city here- walking distance to shops, restaurants, bars, and attractions. Note: the property isn’t overly suited for young children as the staircase and upper walkway is original. The banisters are widely spaced and may be tempting for children to climb/crawl thorough/over. \*For safety and sanitary reasons the thermal hot pool is emptied after every stay. On arrival you can quickly and easily fill and heat it (15 minutes to fill, 40 minutes to heat). We have a strict no party policy here. Quiet hours are from 10pm-7am. As a guest, you acknowledge any loss and/or damage to the property will result in a charge or charges for repair and/or replacement value. They provided loads of towels and many sets of dishes, which was really convenient. The hot tub is super enjoyable, but it does take much longer to fill and heat than described. You also have to rig the plug with weights and a cloth to keep it from leaking out. But once it’s all up and running, it’s so lovely. The major downside was no internet the entire time we were there. WiFi was strong, but the internet was out. I had to use my phone as a hot spot for everything. ##### Judy E. It was clean, spacious, and conveniently located near the city centre! It was really hot so we couldn't sleep well at nights but Fans were provided thank goodness! We will definitly come back again!
