We rented it to do renovations on a condo on Little Gasparilla Island and the proximity to the island, beaches and stores was perfect for us. This not a complaint, but just some constructive feedback for the host. We could have used a coffee grinder and a pizza cutter to make our stay more pleasant. Everything was clean and it had so many accommodations in the kitchen and bathroom. There was spices and plenty of cookware. Soap and laundry detergent. All of this was much appreciated. Only thing that we didn’t have would have been nice was a pan for the oven. There were two bikes (which was cool, but one of them had a flat tire and the other the chain kept falling off), beach toys (a great perk!), and towels and beach chairs. Our main criteria was to be near our friends home. This was a perfect location. We even walked over once. The place was better than I expected from the photos. It is spacious, nicely decorated without being cluttered. They provide the basics. The cooking pans and dishes are new and clean. They provide space for you to store your own groceries!
