This cosy flat offers all the services you need to enjoy your holiday. Located on the ground floor of a building, it has a small interior terrace that is ideal for you and your companions to unwind after a full day in the city. The interior features a cozy living-dining area that opens up to the kitchen. The space includes a Smart TV and a ceiling fan for your comfort. The kitchen, equipped with a ceramic hob, comes fully stocked with all the essential utensils to make you feel at home. Additionally, there's a washing machine, iron, and ironing board for your convenience. For sleeping arrangements, you'll find two bedrooms: one with a double bed and direct access to the terrace, and another with a bunk bed of two single beds equipped with a ceiling fan. A bathroom with a shower adds to the comfort of your stay. If you're traveling with a baby, we can provide a cot upon request. The flat is perfectly situated in the heart of Rota, making it an ideal spot to enjoy the city. You can explore the historic center, visit the Castillo de la Luna, or experience the lively Mercado de Abastos, famous for its local delicacies and tapas. The beaches of Rota, such as Rompidillo and Costilla, are just 300 meters away, offering options for sunbathing, swimming, or taking a bike ride to the nearby Costa Ballena beach, a beautiful natural area in a protected environment.
