The villa boasts a private 900 m2 fully fenced property with a terraced garden, abundant wildlife, and trees. Enjoy the villa's amenities, including a saltwater swimming pool (available from April to October), complete with a shower, WC, outdoor shower, and barbecue area. You'll also find a Tennis Court on the premises. The villa offers Internet Wifi, Parking, and a Yard, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay.  
  
Outdoors  
The Vistamare villa offers direct access to the beach, allowing you to soak up the sun and enjoy the crystal-clear waters. The private property boasts a terraced garden with a variety of wildlife and trees, creating a serene and natural environment. Additionally, the villa features a beautiful saltwater swimming pool with a diameter of 7 m, available seasonally from April to October. The pool area includes a shower, WC, an outdoor shower, and a barbecue area, perfect for outdoor dining and relaxation.

Vistamare is a stunning 8-room house spread over 450 square meters and located on 3 levels. The property has been recently renovated in 2022, ensuring a tasteful and comfortable experience for your vacation. On the first level, you will find a double bedroom, a room with 2 beds of 80 cm, a dining room with a dining table, and an exit to the terrace. The fully equipped kitchen features an oven, dishwasher, 5 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and electric coffee machine, with access to the garden.   
  
The second level, accessible by a spiral staircase, offers a living room with a TV, hi-fi system, and DVD player, as well as an exit to the terrace.  
  
On the third level, there are 3 double bedrooms, 1 room with 2 beds, and 2 showers/WC. The bedrooms provide exits to the balcony, and all balconies and terraces offer a marvellous view of the sea.  
  
Amenities Included  
  
The house is fully equipped with electric heating, air-conditioning, parquet floors, and terrace furniture to ensure your comfort. Additionally, a box-room, washing machine, safe, iron, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 3-year-olds, and hairdryer are provided for your convenience. The property is pet-friendly, allowing a maximum of 2 pets/dogs to accompany you during your stay.
