Residence "Eco del Mare" is a 2-story vacation rental surrounded by trees, featuring 72 apartments. It boasts amenities such as a Swimming Pool, Yard, Internet Wifi, Parking, and Tennis Court. The residence is situated in a picturesque location just 100 meters from the beach and offers direct access to it.  
  
Outdoors:  
The residence is surrounded by natural beauty, with its proximity to the edge of the forest at just 10 meters away. It features a beautiful garden area perfect for relaxation. The outdoor facilities include a fenced swimming pool (25 x 10 m, depth 120 - 200 cm, available seasonally from June 15 to September 15) with salt water, an outdoor shower, tennis court, basketball court, and volleyball court. The pool and garden maintenance is overseen by the owner/gardener.  
  
Other Information:  
Linen and towel changes are available at an additional charge. Parking is conveniently located at the house. Nearby amenities include a shop and supermarket within 2 km, a restaurant and pedestrian zone at 2 km distance, and a bus stop just 50 meters away. The "Castiglioncello" railway station is 2.5 km from the residence, and the "Baia del Quercetano" sandy beach is 2 km away. The property is situated in Rosignano Marittimo, Italy, and the thermal baths "Calidario" are approximately 55 km away. A marina is located 4.5 km from the residence, and a 9-hole golf course is 30 km away. Please note that the residence has electric gates and a railway line is situated 80 meters away.

You will be staying in a 2-room apartment that is 60 square meters in size and located on the 1st floor. The apartment features a spacious and bright layout with beautiful and modern furnishings. The upper floor, accessible via an exterior staircase, consists of a living/sleeping room equipped with a double sofabed, a dining table, and a TV. This room also has access to a balcony. Additionally, there is a double bedroom with its own balcony access.

The apartment's open kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine. The bathroom features a shower, bidet, and toilet. The apartment offers electric heating and air-conditioning for your comfort. Two balconies measuring 30 square meters are available, complete with balcony furniture and providing a marvellous view of the sea. Other amenities include a hair dryer and free WiFi internet access. Bedlinen, towels, final cleaning, and all energy costs are included in your vacation stay.
