The apartment in Rosas/Roses has 2 bedrooms and capacity for 6 people. Accommodation of 80 m² cozy and fully equipped, with sea and mountain views. It is located 2 km from the sandy beach and is situated in a residential area and residential complex. It has an elevator, garden furniture, 12 m² terrace, washing machine, internet access (wifi), heat pump heating, air conditioning, communal swimming pool, covered parking in the same building, 1 TV.  
  
The American kitchen, with ceramic hob, is equipped with refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker and toaster.

Very bright apartment with spectacular views of the Aiguamolls Park, the canal and a small sea view.  
  
It has a fully equipped American kitchen with access to a bright living room and this leads to a large terrace from where beautiful sunsets and magnificent views of the Aiguamolls Natural Park, the canal and a small sea view can be contemplated. Large, comfortable and pleasant terrace.  
  
Two bedrooms, one of them the suite with a complete bathroom with bathtub and direct access to the terrace. The other bedroom with two single beds. Both rooms have wardrobes and beautiful views. Next to the secondary bedroom, there is a bathroom with shower tray.  
  
This apartment located in a residential area, with communal swimming pool and parking space make this apartment a perfect place to spend your holidays.
