Stella Maris is a vacation rental apartment block situated in a quiet and sunny location, just 800 meters from the sea and beach in Roses, Spain. The property boasts a shared lawn, natural garden, and an angular swimming pool (10x7m, depth 100-180cm, available seasonally from June 1 to September 30). Additionally, it offers communal covered parking space and is conveniently located near various amenities, including a supermarket, restaurant, bar, café, bicycle rental, pub garden, and a bus stop within walking distance.

The property features a shared lawn and natural garden area, perfect for relaxation and outdoor enjoyment. It also boasts an angular swimming pool measuring 10x7 meters with a depth ranging from 100 to 180 centimeters, available seasonally from June 1 to September 30, providing refreshing respite during the warm summer months.

The owner does not accept any groups or youth groups. The keys' handover for the property takes place through the agency Interhome in Roses. The property offers convenient access to various facilities, including a supermarket and restaurant within 100 meters, a bar and café within 50 meters, bicycle rental at 500 meters distance, and a pub garden just 50 meters away. The center of Roses is approximately an 8-minute walk, and a bus stop is located 1 kilometer away.

One of the bedrooms has a French bed measuring 135 cm wide and 190 cm long, while the other bedroom contains two beds, each 80 cm wide and 190 cm long.

The apartment's kitchen is well-equipped with four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine.
