Incredible views of the Bay of Roses, garden and community pool Flat with wonderful view to the bay of Roses: Enjoy a perfect stay in this lovely apartment located in a building with a communal pool(open from June to September), just 700 m from the beautiful Canyelles Petites Beachand 2 km from the centre of Roses. With capacity for 2–4 guests, it is ideal for couples, small families, or peaceful seaside getaways. Access to the apartment requires going down 2 floors. There is no lift. It is distributed in: \* Bedroom with double bed (150 cm) and ceiling fan \* Dining room with 140 cm sofa bed, Wi-Fi, TV (Spanish channels + French channels via TNT SAT) and reversible air conditioning \* Fully equipped open-plan kitchen: washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, oven, kettle… \* Full bathroom with bathtub \* Beautiful south-facing terrace with panoramic views of the Bay of Roses, plus a private garden with barbecue \*Private parking space for each apartment Located 10 minutes walk from the Canyelles beach (natural beach of fine sand with 3 beach restaurants, a supermarket and bakery open seasonally). Located 20–30 minutes walking from the center of Roses, where you will find a variety of shops, supermarkets and its large sandy beach. Roses is an active city throughout the year. It offers activities and attractions that are very varied and interesting for all types of travellers. Drive a kart, enjoy a day at the water park, play mini golf, boat trips to Cap de Creus or Cadaqués, the tourist train for a walk, visit the Salvador Dalí Museum in Figueras, an immersion in the Medes Islands nature reserve, animations in summer, walk along the promenade with many restaurants and its local specialities.
