La Crischona, a very beautiful single-family house, offers a private and well-kept property spanning 2'400 m2 with a fenced garden. It boasts a Swimming Pool measuring 10 x 5 m with a depth ranging from 50 - 270 cm, available year-round from 01.Jan. - 31.Dec. The pool features an alarm system, salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system, and a convenient pool house equipped with a fridge. Additionally, there is a WC in the pool area and an outdoor shower. Parking is available on the premises, including a Carport. The house is equipped with Internet Wifi, ensuring seamless connectivity throughout your vacation rental.

The property offers a spacious and well-maintained Yard spanning 2'400 m2, ensuring ample outdoor space for relaxation and recreation. The garden is beautifully landscaped and fenced, providing a private oasis for you to enjoy. Outdoor amenities include a stunning Swimming Pool, a pool house with a fridge, an outdoor shower, and a WC in the pool area, catering to your convenience and comfort.

Unit Layout  
You can book a 5-room house with 170 square meters of living space spread across two levels. The house boasts a south-facing position and underwent renovation in 2010, featuring tasteful furnishings. The living/dining room is equipped with an open-hearth fireplace, a dining table, satellite TV, and air conditioning. It leads to a terrace. The bedrooms consist of one room with a French bed (140 cm, length 190 cm) and air conditioning, another room with two beds (100 cm, length 190 cm), a shower/WC, and air conditioning. Additionally, there is a small room with a pull-out bed suitable for two persons (2 x 70 cm, length 180 cm). The open kitchen is well-appointed with an oven, dishwasher, three ceramic glass hob hotplates, one gas ring, a toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. The house also includes a separate shower/WC and a separate WC. On the upper floor, you'll find another room with a French bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), a shower/WC, and air conditioning, leading to a balcony. The property features electric heating, a balcony, and a roofed terrace.  
  
Amenities Included  
During your vacation, you can enjoy various amenities such as terrace furniture, an electric barbecue, and deck chairs. The house offers a stunning view of the sea. Additionally, you'll have access to a washing machine, a children's high chair, and a baby cot. Internet access (WiFi) is provided free of charge. The maximum occupancy is six adults and two children up to the age of 12.
