You will stay in a 2-room apartment with a total area of 35 square meters, located on the ground floor with a south-facing position. The apartment features a comfortable and beautifully furnished living/dining room with 2 sofa beds (80 cm wide and 190 cm long) and a flat-screen TV. The living/dining room has an exit leading to the terrace and patio. There is also 1 bedroom with a French bed (1 x 140 cm wide and 190 cm long).  
  
Amenities Included  
The open kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, an electric coffee machine, and extra Capsules for the Tassimo coffee machine. The bathroom has a combined bath and toilet. The apartment features electric heating. There is a terrace with an area of 8 square meters, partially roofed, and furnished with terrace furniture. Additional amenities include a safe, an iron, a baby cot, and a hair dryer. Internet access (WiFi) is available for an extra charge. A reserved parking space, number 206, is also provided.
