Gound level and private home with 142 feet of river front access.

Welcome to my river front home! During your stay you will have access to the private lower level of the duplex. Inside you will find three bedrooms, a full bathroom, kitchen and living room area along with a full washer and dryer. Outside you will have access to the gazebo with table and chairs provided and newly built dock/fishing platform along the river's edge. You may also access the water with stairs and built handrail to cool off or to enjoy a relaxing river float, kayaks available at the home. Enjoy evenings around the fire pit or swing.

The property is located approximately 5 miles from Lewisburg, once voted "Coolest Small Town in America!" Other attractions include, but not limited to, Lost World Caverns, Carnegie Hall, Greenbrier Historical Society and North House Museum, Old Stone Presbyterian Church, Trillium Performing Arts, multiple taverns, cafes, and so much more! This home is just minutes away from the West Virginia State Fairgrounds.

Very clean, comfortable, nice outdoor areas, plenty of thick new bath towels, washer and dryer, plenty of kitchen towels and dish cloths, new coffee makers, large fridge and freezer, Dawn liquid, plenty of paper towels and TP.

House by River
House was private, cozy, clean and comfortable. Back yard, although a bit steep, has a nice pavilion and view of the river. Host was friendly and responsive. We would definitely stay here again

Overall easy to get in and out of. Clean, pretty view of creek. Nice to be able to do laundry! TV volume issues and no cable. step up to laundry and bathroom was a bit quirky.

Great stay!
This property was in a great location and right on the Greenbrier River. It offered two kayaks, a firepit, outdoor seating, and a beautiful view of the water. It was very clean and had everything you’d need for meal preparation. Everything was as described. No fans in bedrooms so if you like to sleep with a fan, you’d want to bring your own. The owner was quick to respond. We had a nice experience at this location and would definitely stay here again.

The view was great!!! Liked the amenities and it was very clean. Future renters should know that one of the bedrooms and the bathroom had an unexpected step that could cause an issue for people with mobility issues.

Girls weekend
We stayed here for a girls getaway/50th birthday weekend. We had a fabulous time. The rental was just the right size. Location on the river was excellent. We had a great time floating(sitting really, the river was very low due to no rain recently) in the river and visiting neaby Lewisburg- great shopping, dining experiences. Please note- this property is up on a hill next to the river and while steps were mentioned, there are 2 sets of steps to execute to get down to the river and a steep yard. However, the steps are very well maintained. Also, there is a step to get up into the bathroom that i dont think was mentioned. We had one person with us who uses a walker and this posed a challenge. The kitchenette was very nice and clean but not well stocked with pots/pans. There are 2 exceptional outdoor seating areas to enjoy the beautiful weather and views of the river. Would definitely recommend!

You can’t beat the view and waterfront access. Host provides kayaks to explore the river and find the perfect fishing hole. Property is cozy and clean.

Perfect family getaway
This property was perfect for our weekend getaway to the WV Renaissance Festival. The place was deliciously cold when we arrived after 4 hours in the car. Each kid got their own room and bed! Plus the kayaks were a super fun unique bonus to spend time lazing in the river. We also enjoyed the pretty views dining in the out door tables each night.

My friends and I rented this property for four nights. The property was very clean and as the pictures show. Beautiful views of the Greenbrier River and very relaxing atmosphere. Would definitely rent again

Such a nice place to stay.. it was really clean, which is my number one priority. The area out back was so nice, places to sit out in the evenings at the river. Just a nice, clean place to rent and stay. I would stay there again.

The house was pristine - incredibly clean. Lots of thoughtful touches - though the river was low when we stayed, two kayaks are available for river floats. I had my morning coffee in a swing, watching the mist rise off the river. We grilled our dinner on the propane grill provided, then ate on the covered patio, overlooking the river. Couldn't ask for a nicer place to stay. We also really appreciated our hosts, who called after checkout, to make sure that things had gone well and to get feedback on our stay. Couldn't ask for a nicer palce to spend a weekend!
