« Upon arrival we were informed that the elevator does not work and we had two suitcases and I was not able to take them up two flights of stairs. Therefore I had to leave my suitcases in my car when I had essential items in there. I needed it. I was very disappointed and they did nothing to accommodate. The girl working would not have been able to lift my suitcases up to fights of that either. I asked if some sort of benefit could be given to me and I was informed no I am very upset about the...

« Customer service: not great, they gave me key which did not work and had to come down to activate (i think it was not activated) and toilet, poor(clogged up) and duvet, was thin ( i think they forget to change as it was freezing minus) Overall, not happy. »

« The hotel was having a renovation but the staff couldn't do enough for us. Very friendly and helpful. Had to stay 1 extra night but that wasn't a bother at all. Very large ground floor Room with garden view, but looking like building site outside cos of reno.3 single beds, could do with a king-size bed and a small table n chairs. Massive portions of food, evening time,but abit lukewarm. Didn't try brekkie. Would go again. »

« 5 Star quality for 2 star price, what more could you ask for? Spotless rooms very well equipped even have a fridge which is a rare comodity. decent breakfast also included, if you need quality decent priced stay in London this is the place to go. »
