La Piazza Navona, le Panthéon et le Campo dei Fiori sont accessibles à pied en 15 minutes. A 100 mètres de la Place Saint-Pierre. Parfait pour 4 personnes. Il est situé dans une zone sans circulation, accessible en voiture, dans une position idéale pour rejoindre à pied les principales destinations touristiques. L'appartement est équipé de Smart TV, chauffage, Wi-Fi, climatisation et système audio avec Bluetooth. Le coin cuisine est équipé d'un micro-onde, d'un réfrigérateur, d'un congélateur et d'un lave-linge, pas de sèche-linge, ainsi que d'une machine à café Nespresso prête à l'emploi ; nous veillerons à fournir du café et du sucre à l'arrivée pour permettre un début de journée italien traditionnel. Voici la composition de l'appartement : \-séjour avec coin cuisine et salle de bain où se trouve un lit double (lit escamotable) avec un matelas simple orthopédique et non pliable de 20 cm de hauteur ; \- chambre et salle de bain avec lit double plus lit simple qui, si nécessaire, se transforme en lit superposé, avec possibilité d'héberger 3 personnes dans la chambre. La deuxième salle de bain dispose d'une douche confortable de 150x80 et de tous les produits de courtoisie indispensables : sèche-cheveux, savons, shampoing. La maison est située à l'intérieur d'un bâtiment historique au sous-sol, mais lumineuse et facile d'accès. Il faut monter quelques marches pour atteindre l'étage. La maison convient aux couples, aux familles avec enfants et aux personnes en déplacement professionnel. Les animaux, même les plus petits, ne sont pas admis. comme l'exige la législation en vigueur, la taxe de séjour de 6,00 € est due, à payer en espèces lors de l'enregistrement. Arturo was great and helped set the private transfer to his place and had recommendations on where to eat and how to get around. There was enough room for four of us but we were always out and about. Check-in was very easy! Arturo greeted us at the front door. The apartment is very spacious and clean. The pictures on the website don’t do it justice. Out of the 6 apartments we stayed during our vacation, this one had the most living space for our family of 4\. We appreciated having 2 separate bathrooms, each having a full shower. The apartment was comfortable and quiet. Arturo was pleasant to speak with and explained how to operate all the appliances, and even gave us suggestions for touring Rome. He was very thorough in providing restaurant and transportation recommendations. There’s a grocery store 5-minute walk away. St Peter’s Square is only 5 minute walk as well. We enjoyed our stay in Rome and wish we could have stayed longer...So much to see. Check-out was easy as well. We would definitely use this apartment again on our next visit to Rome! Arturo was professional, courteous and gracious as we coordinated our stay. We hope to return again one day, hopefully with our Family! Clean, and all the comforts of home away from home was wonderful. Not to mention Location, Location, Location walkable to all we came to do and see while in Rome, public transportation conveniently close by.
