Warm welcome and very helpful and friendly staff. The room was spacious and comfortable and the shower was fantastic. Great variety at breakfast with hot options as well as continental. Weather was very warm so the air con was a boon at night. The hotel was in a great situation within walking distance of many of the major sights.

It was a great hotel - good location (although far walk from metro stations). The room was excellent - very clean and modern. The breakfast was also very good. Elisa (not sure of spelling) at the front desk was great - helped us with taxis and restaurant recommendations and was very welcoming and informative on check in.

Massimo was absolutely amazing and really made our experience throughout. He was friendly, welcoming, and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. You can tell he genuinely cares about his guests and takes pride in providing great service. Oh and the homemade apple butter (5 stars)!!

The location was fantastic, right in the heart of Rome! The staff were friendly and polite, and the breakfast was excellent! Our room was quiet, cool, and comfortable; an excellent shower and bathroom, which was much appreciated given the 35 degree heat outside. The only issue we had was connecting our hotel room's television to the internet - there were several apps available on the Smart TV; such as Netflix, but sadly we could not use them. Overall a great stay at The Talent!

Great location centrally located for all the main attractions. Hair dryer did not work and hotel had no resolution nor sore bc they were all given out. Some of the front desk ladies were not helpful and rude. Breakfast was nice each morning.
