In the studio apartment there are a European king bed (160 x 200 cm) and a double sofa-bed (140 x 200 cm), a wardrobe, a console table, small cabinets, a mini fridge and an electric kettle. The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, toilet, bidet, shower, hairdryer. The room is equipped with heating and cooling air conditioning system, fiber optic ethernet network, Wi-Fi, television with Fire Stick. From the balcony with a small table and two chairs, which faces towards the Capitoline Hill, you can enjoy beautiful sunsets over the old town. It's about 1 block from the Colosseum and a very nice cafe on the corner for breakfast. There's a good basement restaurant 1 block in the opposite direction, so very convenient. It was also very quiet, for being so close to a tourist area. The only hard part was hauling our suitcases up and down the short flight of stairs to/from the elevator, but that was pretty minor all things considered.
