Someone else always let me in. Second, after my early morning exploration of the Vatican, I noticed my room door ajar. I always make sure the door is closed behind me whether it be my resudence, a friend's house, or hotel or personal room door. When asking the woman about my door being ajar, she did not know. I entered the room and made sure nothing was missing. After showering to check out, I asked the new woman in the lobby to call me a cab. I waited for a cab for 20 minutes when the most I ever spent waiting was 5 minutes. Lo que me hubiera gustado sería el trato humano. No había nadie que te recibiera, que te ayudara, que te diera informes, eso lo sentí muy frio sobre todo para quien viaja sola y por primera vez. It came with a cute little balcony. Me and my friend walked here from the train station, which is close but there is a bit of an uphill to get to the room. This isn't your traditional hotel with a 24-hour service desk, but that seems to be typical in Rome. No big deal. For our one night stay before heading back home, this hotel was perfectly adequate.
