The apartment was not exactly a luxurious vacation stay, but it had everything we needed and was very affordable. Hotels in the city center were easily 3x the cost. But the apartment was clean, the bed was comfortable, the AC was reliable (although we weren't there in the very hottest season), the kitchen was quite nice and fully functional, and the neighborhood was safe and comfortable. In fact, it was rather nice to stay in what felt like a "real" neighborhood, rather than the overcrowded tourist center. And getting to all of the attractions in and around the city center was super easy via the Metro A line, which was <5 minutes walk from the apartment.
