Pantheon, Fori Imperiali, Piazza Venezia, Colosseum, St Peter's Basilica, Castel Sant'Angelo and Vatican Museums are within a short walking distance. THIS APARTMENT IS SANITIZED WITH THE SPECIFIC AND SAFE PRODUCTS IF YOU NEED MORE INFORMATION DON'T HESITATE TO CONTACT ME. The apartment has been recently renovated, and this, together with the comfortable furnishings and strategic location ( quiet street, despite the central location) makes it ideal for a vacation. On the first level you will find: \- large entrance with desk and computer area (you will find the router for ethernet connection) a spacious living room with double sofa bed, 2 armchairs, tv, air conditioning and dining table for 6 persons. - Kitchen equipped to prepare meals, with dishwasher, washing machine, oven and coffee maker.. - Bathroom with large shower box and window On the second level there is the sleeping area: \- First double bedroom (queen size bed) with wooden ceiling and private bathroom with wc, bidet and shower - Second double bedroom (queen size bed) with vaulted ceiling and a large window. THE DISTRICT Residenza Campo de 'Fiori is located in Via dei Chiavari, whose name comes from the numerous shops of key manufacturers and locksmiths. The street, despite the central location, is quiet and not noisy. It connects Via dei Giubbonari, famous for Palazzo Barberini ai Giubbonari, and Corso Vittorio Emanuele. Walking along Corso Vittorio Emanuele you can reach Largo Argentina and admire the ruins, Piazza di Campo de Fiori for a ride in the market, Piazza Navona with its magnificent fountains or Lungotevere to go to Castel Sant'Angelo and San Pietro Campo de 'Fiori is one of the most renowned and ancient districts in Rome, with some of the most interesting tourist sites and is also famous for its many shops, bars and restaurants. Séjour de 4 nuits en février 2026 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Trina L. 27 févr. 2026 Points forts : Propreté We had our first visit to Rome. We stayed at Lucia's apartment. What a great experience. She met us on our arrival, gave us a quick run down, answered questions, and offered suggestions. She was also very helpful before our arrival with our questions. The apartment was clean and well stocked with household items. We didn't want for anything. The stairs are definitely not for the feeble. But everything was comfortable. The location was excellent. It was very central for all of the great sights. The curb appeal was so quaint and iconic. The street she is on is well traversed yet very quiet inside the apartment. The Campo d' fiori is right around the corner with an outdoor market on the weekends. There is a taxi hub right down the street about 2 to 3 min walk if needed. We had great service from each taxi we used and had no issues at all. We felt very safe which was great as we had to children. Her place was absolutely spotless, with plenty of fresh towels as well as an assortment of bed pillows to choose from. It was a very comfortable space, with comfortable beds, the split 2 bedroom would great if we had brought our daughters or another couple, separate and private. The location was definitely the star of the show- it was easy to get anywhere and everywhere from the apt. There is a Carrefour grocery store about a block away and the Campo di Fiori fresh market is a 5 min walk. We dined in Trastevere each night which was a 10-15 min walk. Lucia is an excellent host. She arranged our transportation from the cruise ship on arrival and our transportation to the airport as well. It was spotless, well-equipped, and had every amenity we needed for a comfortable stay. Lucia was incredibly kind and welcoming, checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. We felt right at home and would absolutely stay here again. Families should just note that while the space is family-friendly overall, it may not be ideal for very young children (under 4) due to the spacing in the stairs and railings ##### Shamiah J. The location is perfect, the place was clean and beautiful, everything you could need was provided, and the hostess was so friendly, kind, and helpful!! Lucia took the time to answer any questions I had about the area, she arranged transportation for us from the port in Civitavecchia and to the airport at the end of our stay. My husband and I, along with our 2 adult daughters found the place to be perfect for what we needed. I will say to remember you are in the historical part of Rome and therefore spaces can be smaller and such; for example the stairs to the one room are narrow and the showers are a little tight. However, the owner did a fantastic job of maximizing the space so that it felt open and bright. We would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone who is looking to stay in Rome. We stayed here for 6 days and we walked everywhere, from the Vatican to the Colosseum and everywhere in between. ##### Monica S. Grocery shopping is a five minute walk away for eating in, and there are countless bars and restaurants from right outside the door to within a 20 minute walk. You can walk to the major sites in Rome from the apartment, or take a taxi for less than 20\. This will be our first choice for lodging when we return to Rome. ##### Barb & Joe M.
