Guest house well located and room was clean and cosy. Walking distance to the main train station and metro/bus station. Restaurant all around, but we enjoyed the mercato centrale which is quite like a food court with variety of food options. Easy to access the room and the owner was easy to communicate with. High ceiling room and well equiped. TV has option to switch to english language when the program is in multi-language. Bed was comfortable. Due to the thick walls, in-house wifi was weak specially further inside the room, and 4G reception was also weak. Overall - would recommend this guest house.

Parfait à deux pas de la gare!
Nous avons louer pour une nuit pour terminer un séjour un Italie. Tout était parfait, la communication, les informations , le logement. A un coin de rue de la gare Roma Termini c'est vraiment génial . La chambre est fraîchement rénovée avec goût. Je recommande sans hésiter !

Vespahouse was a great place to stay. It was clean, quiet, and nicely decorated. The room and bathroom were spacious, with ample hot water and a comfy bed. Antonella was very helpful when we showed up earlier than expected, and got us into the room quickly. It is very close to the Termini station and there are lots of restaurants and shopping close. I would definitely stay here again.

This is a fantastic little Oasis. The service as far as communication was brilliant. Our host organised a pick up and drop off for airport. For 3 of us a good way to navigate the hectic pace of Roma. One of us had a slip at the coliseum and sprained her ankle. Confined to bed but in a lovely comfortable room. Even the housemaid was kind. Using google to translate to make sure she was ok. It’s a bit tricky at first to work it out how to get in etc but good instructions and if you get stuck always help. Best place i have stayed in and I have been to Roma a few times. Definitely recommend to stay here, it might look a bit dodgy on outside as a lot of central Roma does. But inside you’re safe and snug. Great shower pressure. Fresh towels daily. Walking distance to train and hop on hop off bus. Plenty of places to eat. Good rolls at the train station so much to see and do there as lots of shops and food options.

This is a good option for a train connection the next day, but like other cities in the world the area around major transport hubs can be sketchy and Rome no different. There was an issue with the electronic check in but we were notified ahead of time and had alternative wifi details. When we called, the person was helpful and we got into the room. Would stay here again for an early train connection.

Would have been Excellent had the humanness check-in not been so botched. This is a guest house model using tech to manage check in. Took over 30 minutes to check in. Beautiful property though.

The opening link of Vikey with the instructions are clear, the day before I also sent you a message and an email with photos to explain how to use an alternative code in case there were problems with the internet connection.I hope you appreciated that I allowed you to check out at 11am instead of 10am.

This room is very close to the train station and excellent restaurants there. It was extremely convenient for us. In addition, a bus leaves for the airport from just across the street and only costs $8. I was pleasantly surprised at what an excellent place this was for our stay.

There is no reception in this hotel. I had to open the key using a password. It was not easy. Moreover, the hotel was difficult to find.

Hi Maki,this is a guest house not a hotel and there is nobody at the reception (as I told you in advance).Normally other guests go inside following the Vikey opening link without problem.The guest house is 3 minutes walking from Termini station.

We had a wonderful time in Vespahouse. Though we did not see anybody, Antonella was very nicen patient and helped us get situated from online check in to check out. We hope to be back again soon. We highly recommend this place for the best of everything including location and convenience.

At first you walk in and get really confused and flustered as to how to make it to your room and then you make it to the room and it is fantastic. Rooms are large, clean, modern and just great. About 5 minutes from Roma Termina and close to many places for food and a drink. Highly recommend 👌

The place was clean and well maintained. The room was quiet. The check in system was flawed. I contacted the hotel via email and told them I’d like to drop off my bag around 10:30 AM. They said that’s fine. My key card app wasn’t allowing me to open up the building door or my room. Luckily, someone let me in the main building, and then there were hotel cleaners who let me in and also called the hotel owner. In the instructions, I wish they gave their number. I couldn’t find it in my email. After talking to them on the phone that has came over to help me get the codes to the building. I got lucky to get in contact with them. They were very helpful, but it could have been a very rough check in because I wanted to explore Rome before checking in at 3pm.

Excelente localización a escasos minutos del Terminal Termini. Este lugar no cuenta con reservación por lo que es importante seguir las instrucciones del check in. La primera puerta debes abrirla con el link que te envían una vez realizas el check in. Igualmente la segunda puerta para entrar al área de habitaciones. Me quedé en primavera #2. Su limpieza y decoración fueron impecables. Lo único que añadiría a la habitación sería un espejo de cuerpo completo, y más espacio para guardar la ropa. Solo cuenta con dos mesas de noche con cajas pequeñas y una pequeña perchera con pocos ganchos. La Cama es súper cómoda, baño con agua caliente y aire acondicionado. El cuarto es excelente. El único detalle es el ruido. Esa habitación en particular da para una avenida. Por lo que las ambulancias, motoras incluso gente hablando se escuchaba. No impedía dormir pero si eres una persona que busca un cuarto completamente silencioso debes talvez probar otro cuarto, ya que hay varios en el piso.

This is a great place to stay in Rome! Great location walkable to all tourist areas. The room was clean and well maintained, with an easy self check in process. Price is reasonable and felt safe for solo travellers!

We stayed for one night after a cruise. We loved our stay at Roma Vespahouse, communication was great and the self-checking instructions were very clear and easy to follow. The room was very nice and clean and supplied very nicely, loved the rain shower! The location was super convenient to the Termini Station and restaurants. Will definitely look into staying here next time we’re in Rome!

Vespahouse is in the perfect location for those visiting Rome. It is a block away from the Roma Termini train station, also the airport buses, also the Big Bus Hop On/Off stop. Just a great location when you don't have a car. My code for self check in did not work, but the owners were very responsive and there within 1-2 minutes to let me in. The room was clean and spacious for hubby and I. The only thing missing was KLEENEX/TISSUES! Otherwise I definitely recommend this location. Amy from USA :-)

Convenient Location
Antonella went out of her way to ensure we were able to check in, which is a self check in process. The room was clean, with a comfortable bed. The guest house is very well located for people arriving or departing from Termini station and needing somewhere to stay before or after a journey. I'm not sure I'd stay for an extended period as, while a metro stop is close by, most sites are not within a reasonable walking distance.

This place is not for the faint of heart. There is no reception or visible staff. They text you the access instructions before your arrival. You use keypads with codes to gain entry through the doors. The outside is non-descript on an ugly street adjacent to the train station. The door has a small sign for Roma Vespahouse, and the address is clearly marked. The place was easy to find on the map. The main entry door is shared with multiple businesses. The room was very nice and modern. We chose not to have housekeeping done for our two night stay, but I assume it would have been fine. The room was actually very quiet with minimal street noise noticed. My only complaint is that the shower water pressure was not too great, but still usable.

Great self check in hotel! Right off the main strip and close to tons of great restaurants and attractions. Air conditioning was well received as it got really hot in Italy. They have an elevator (old school) and a lot of charm.

Nice location and right by the Termini, if you need to use it. Short walk to many of the piazzas, parks and restaurants. Easy check in, clean room, easy communication, friendly staff. I actually rented a Vespa for the week, and they had parking right in front of Vespahouse. I would stay here again.

房間晚上9點多使用電器不小心跳電，很即時協助，服務很好！火車，公車，地鐵都在附近很方便，小缺點是火車站附近有遊民，一樓垃圾桶有點味道，其他都非常不錯，推薦！
