It consists of a large entrance hall, a living room with fireplace and TV, a fully equipped kitchen with table and chairs, 4 comfortable bedrooms with king-size bed (70 in x 79 in) and 4 en suite bathrooms. The apartment has free WiFi, smart TV, air conditioning in every room, bed linen and towels, washer/dryer. The apartment was renovated in 2021\. We were in Rome for 10 nights over the Christmas holiday and there was wonderful space to spread out, have breakfast in the well-equipped kitchen before exploring, and there is a small lift to get you to the 4th floor. They even provided a small decorated Christmas tree for us. On the Via Dei Corinare, we walked nearly everywhere so it is a perfect location. Host and staff were extremely responsive, and they serviced the apartment twice with fresh sheets and towels which was so appreciated. Cannot recommend this highly enough. If you are visiting Rome and want to be able to walk to a lot of tourist sites, this is a great choice. While I would absolutely stay here again, I will mention the minor drawbacks we had. Construction noise begins early (as of Oct 2024), the road is torn up and and I don't know when it will complete. Also, this is in a neighborhood that is surrounded with bars and restaurants. The weekends were noisy on one side of the apartment until pretty late. But don't be deterred, unless that's a deal breaker for you. It was fine for us. Also find some restaurants ahead of time and don't just walk into places, there are a lot of tourist traps nearby and you will regret it. Overall, it was a great stay. ##### Matt S. The host booked us a ride from airport to apartment. Apartment was extremely clean and tidy. Much larger than I was expecting!! 3 large king size bedrooms with bathrooms to include hairdryers.
