Elevator was broken which appears to be the case often so don’t stay here with someone who can’t do stairs. We enjoyed the location and the air conditioning was cold which was much appreciated in the July heat. The room had what we needed, the beds were okay, the pillows were quite flat and only one for each of us. The front door to get into the guesthouse was a tight fit, we are not small people and we had to squeeze our way in and out each time. We didn’t see a way to open the other half of the door and it wasn’t offered when we checked in and he saw me having trouble getting in and out. The bathroom is also small but we made it work, just something to keep in mind. The location was close to multiple cafes and gelato. The 2nd morning we did enjoy the breakfast. Arrived to our room and we were immediately disappointed. Very small room. Towels are cheap and thin. Soap is in sachets. Bunk beds creaked. Breakfast was so bad we went to a cafe down the street. The staff was professional & helpful. The communication with staff was great especially since they spoke English. It made our stay a lot easier! The room was clean, large & comfortable. The beds, linens, and towels were good quality and made our stay comfortable. The location was amazing! We could walk to the Colosseum within 15 minutes. There were many amazing restaurants within a 10 minute walk. Our favorite Gelateria was just down the street and there were many souvenir & mini-marts within a 5 minute walk. The train station was within a 15 minute walk. The daily breakfast was delicious & filling. The place was very well located, easy to move to historic locations. The room was very clean and confortable. The sheets were not very pleasant but that is very personal in what each one likes. Our biggest problem was the air conditioning, it didn't cool enough. Nous avons passé 3 nuits dans la chambre quadruple (2 adultes et 2 enfants) : chambre simple mais propre, au calme, bonne literie. Pas de petit déjeuner proposé mais un petit frigo et une bouilloire qui peut servir d'appoint.
