We were very comfortable here, easy check in and out and the location couldn't have been more perfect for everywhere we wanted...25/30 min walk to the historic centre and the colosseum areas. 40 min to vatican city and then in trastevere for the evenings. The bed was comfy and they had black out blinds plus the shower was brilliant. There was an aircon ban across the city when we went and they provided a fan as our room was very warm, i would suggest that fans are provided without asking, but that would be my only thing. It is in a fairly quiet area with a mix of small hotels and residential, with lots of excellent restaurants located behind the hotel. Clean and well-equipped. Service was incredibly kind and helpful. They did let us know to let them know of we had any issues with the AC because of a power problem caused by nearby street work. The AC could not cool the room down at all, it must have been about 27 Celsius and the air was completely still, regardless of the windows being open. Within walking distance of major tourist sites but the area did not feel touristy. Trastevere is a lovely neighborhood that offers tons of dining options. Cool vibe to the whole area. We were right on the river which I thought was pretty cool. The people at the property were very nice and accommodating. Our luggage was lost during our flight to Rome and they received our luggage for us while we were out and about. So thankful for that. We felt safe walking at night and the property was well maintained. The staff was extremely kind and check in and check out was a breeze. The only thing that we didn't enjoy was that the traffic noise is constant so if you're a light sleeper, you might reconsider. The walls are thin, so the room was pretty loud especially as people were coming and going.
