Great hotel with a lovely room with a view of the square. Staff were great, especially Leo who was very friendly and helpful. Only down side was the shower didn't have great water pressure and was leaking.

We had a very comfortable stay in a great location. The reception staff were absolutely fantastic, all went above and beyond to help where they could, it was a pleasure to get acquainted with them, Davide in particular. Have no complaints about our stay at all and would recommend.

This was a return visit by us to the Prassede Palace. We just stayed for one night this time before catching a flight the next morning. We had a different room than during our first stay, but the excellent quality was the same. As before the staff was friendly, helpful, and professional. Being within easy walking distance of the Roma Termini is a real bonus. This is a great place to stay while in Rome!

This property was conveniently located near the train station, and was easy to find. Upon checking in, Luca gave us a map and told us all the must-sees during our short stay, with directions and recommendations, which made exploring quick and easy. Our room was comfortable and quiet. We would absolutely stay at this small hotel again. Thank you!

Ratings and photos are misleading. Rooms were smaller than depicted, lacking of amenities, in need of repairs. Our washroom smelled of mold and shower area has clear bacterial buildup that is hard to clean. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful to give us a room switch. However, cleanliness was only slightly better in the washroom. Expensive and not worth the price, I’ve stayed at lower star rated hotels that were miles better than this.

Staff were excellent, everyone was really friendly and helpful. We felt at ease from the moment we arrived. The facilities were okay, definitely need an extra mirror in the main room though if possible! I wouldn’t say we had a room with the city view but we weren’t too fussed about that. Also I do regret buying the breakfast because for our personal needs it turned out to be a lot more expensive than it needed to be. The hotel is in a great location nearby a lot of tourist attractions but this comes with some noise. We didn’t mind this and slept fine but I understand how some might find it difficult. Overall we were happy for our stay and once again thank you to all the staff members for being so lovely throughout our stay.

What a great place to stay! The hotel is near Roma Termini which makes exploring the city easy as well as making longer day trips convenient. The staff was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable about the cities many interesting areas. Everyone was fluent in English and gladly assisted us in learning Italian phrases that we wanted to know. The room was clean and recently remodeled. The bathroom was exquisite. The bed was perfect, neither too firm nor too soft. We were lucky enough to get the room with the street view. It added to our Rome experience. In fact, we liked it so much we booked another night there later this month.

Great location and staff. Can't really get better for value for money. Rated average because where the kettle positioned theres no plug so had to keep moving it to use, also shower was not very powerful at all, lot of spider webs on ceiling corners. Not much lighting especially in the wardrobe. But staff helpful and location really good for price.
