The check in was easy and the staff was friendly. The location is perfect for site seeing. The outside street noise is on par for being on a major street. We had a great time and could walk anywhere.

Good location, not far to walk to most attractions, and only a short walk to the Spanish Steps and there a many restaurants nearby. The rooms were quite good, though the internet on the wifi was terrible.... We parked in the suggested parking Ludovisi, which was about a 15 min walk (Spanish steps on route) Our Family room was on the 3rd floor, and there is no lift. The entry to the apartments in not very obvious - you need to find the correct street number,and then you will see the doorbell which has the apartment name written on it.

Excellent property for its location. Central to all the sights. Very clean. However, note that there are mo elevators and it has many stairs which are very steep. There is also no help wifh luggage. This was quiet difficult, especially since we were on the 4th floor.

The finale of our trip, im glad i booked this hotel. Very close to where we wanna spend our final trip in Rome. Bigger room is a plus. Despite of no elevator, i will book this place again. Easy check in and check out too.

The room was very clean with perfect location to the piazza di spagna and the piazza di popolo. The staff was very friendly and cooperative. As a negative I would consider that the room did not have a balcony and the only available terrace was on the 5 th floor.

What an incredible stay at Piazza de Spagna Comfort Rooms! Mike, hotel manager, greeted us as we checked in and made us feel welcome. He gave us tips about the local area in Rome and the surrounding area is fantastic! A+ stay and hotel experience! I would recommend to friends and family and can’t wait to come back and visit again soon.

There were cafes at the plaza which was within walking distance. Loved the tram service, it was easy and convenient to go to the main train station. The historic center was a longer walk, but I enjoyed the walk and the fact that it was quiet.

The air conditioning didn’t work. The room was over 80 degrees. I was not provided a solution. I had to leave and find another hotel to stay at during an international stay. I was denied a refund. This place is awful stay far away. There are plenty of better options

I am beyond extremely disappointed with our check-in experience specifically, but with our overall stay as well. We had to go up and down eight flights of stairs multiple times when trying to access our room after an 8+ hour day of travel. Our keys were labeled incorrectly, giving us access to another room which is not the level of professionalism I would expect. I would not feel comfortable knowing a stranger had access to my room that both the hotel and I were unaware of. After running up and down the steep, long stairs cases, trying to figure out the keys, deciding not to get dinner due to the stress of not being able to get into the pre-paid room because of absolutely no reception being offered, which was not made aware to me when I booked, I slept in disgusting sweaty clothes. I was not made aware that housekeeping had extremely limited hours, and upon requesting new sheets, as mine are disgusting, it was denied. I was also planning on having my mini-bar replenished, but it appears that became unavailable when I didn't rearrange my trip to fit the hotels preferences despite being a paying customer. It seems that to receive the bare minimum that was promised, I would have to bend over backwards and jump through hoops to fit a schedule I had no way of knowing. In addition to all of these things falling short, there were no slippers provided as promised online, but in their place were the contact lenses of the last person who stayed there on my nightstand. Das Hotel liegt 2min zu Fuß von der spanischen Treppe entfernt und bietet in unmittelbarer Nähe alles, was man sich wünschen kann: Geschäfte, Restaurants, Metro, Sehenswürdigkeiten.. Zudem sind die Zimmer sehr sauber und die Gastgeber absolut freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit! Was man aber wissen sollte: es ist nachts durch die zentrale Lage alles andere als leise und die Fenster lassen so gut wie jedes Geräusch durch. Auch die Dachterrasse ist zwar schön, aber im 4ten Stock (ohne Aufzug), wovon die letzte Treppe sehr steile Stufen hat und es oben nur Sitzmöglichkeiten, keine Bar oder etwas dergleichen gibt. Wen das nicht stört, dem kann ich dieses Hotel nur empfehlen! :)
