You’ll enjoy being less than half a mile from Redmond Hospital, just one mile from the scenic Berry College campus, and only two and a half miles from Floyd Medical Center, downtown Rome, and the Rome Tennis Center. If you don’t have a car, the home is conveniently located along the City of Rome Transit bus route for easy access around town. THE SPACE: Emerald Oasis was completely remodeled in 2023 and designed with your comfort in mind. This 2 bedroom, 1 bath duplex features sleeping accommodations for up to 4 people, including 1 King and 1 Queen bed. Each bedroom is equipped with a ceiling fan, a NEW memory foam mattress, luxuriously soft (100% cotton) sheets, soft pillows, extra blankets, and bedside lamps with USB plug-ins .. no crawling around searching for plug-ins required :) At dinnertime you will enjoy cooking in the fully furnished kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, plenty of utensils, and the same sturdy cookware we use in our home (no cheap pans around here!). These animals inhabit the natural surroundings, and while we thoroughly clean and inspect the premises before your arrival and maintain routine pest control measures, we cannot influence their natural activities. Occasionally, a stray bug might attempt to find its way indoors, so we kindly request your attention when opening and closing doors to minimize any entry. Please note that refunds will not be issued due to natural elements, like insects, making their way into the house. Additionally, there is a specific season when mosquitoes are prevalent. Although we professionally treat everything on the property, we recommend bringing bug spray if you are sensitive. ✔ MAINTENANCE: All maintenance is normally performed prior to your arrival, but we reserve the right to conduct routine maintenance if necessary.
