The location is excellent - very close to shops and restaurants and just around the corner from the Pantheon. The room was very clean and comfortable and Anna provided a warm and friendly welcome and made check-in very easy. We could not be happier with the accessability it provided to all the top attractions within 20 minutes walking distance, the ability to ask Anna the host any questions we had and how wonderful our room was. Everything from our check in, to ability to get more toilet paper, to how we were able to get assistance on what to see, etc. When you come to the property, do not judge it by the street outside since although there is some litter, it isn't nearly as bad as other parts of Rome and that is simply typical of the old part of the city. Simply a beautiful.
