Situato nel rione Monti, cuore della città eterna, ideale per chi vuole immergersi nella vivacità della vita diurna e notturna ma non chiassoso in quanto è il quartiere degli artisti per antonomasia. A due passi dai principali e più importanti monumenti romani Colosseo, Palatino, Fori Imperiali, Piazza Venezia, Teatro dell'Opera.  
L'appartamentino è arredato con gusto e dotato di tutti i comfort.  
A 100 metri dalla linea metro B fermata Cavour e nelle vicinanze della stazione ferroviaria di Roma Termini (10 minuti a piedi) e di numerosi bus, risulta particolarmente comodo per girare la città anche a piedi.
