This elegant and comfortable apartment does conciliate the centrality of the location with such a spacious and cozy flat: furnished in a very sophisticated Italian style and completed by with typical wood beamed ceilings provides a stunning atmosphere and envelopes visitors with a cozy holiday feeling. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge and stove. The bathroom includes a shower. Washing machine and hanging rack are available. Autonomous central heating and Air condition. Each room has a TV. The apartment has a bedroom with two double beds and a separate lounge with a double sofa bed. A free wi-fi internet connection is provided. La clim était un must have. La localisation est parfaite pas loin de la Piazza Navona et du Panthéon mais aussi de grandes artères pour prendre le bus et des commerces. Il y a une rue animée et plein de resto à deux pas. La rue de l'appartement en elle-même est très calme et charmante. L'appart est très bien équipé, machine à laver, vaisselle, quelques essentiels pour le petit déjeuner. Le wifi marche bien à part dans la grande chambre mais ce n'est pas très dérangeant. Nous n'avons pas rencontré la logeuse mais les instructions étaient claires et on a trouvé facilement. On recommande, c'était nickel. ##### Marina F. Everything was old and dirty walls, floors,furniture. Sheets were clean Half way thru the first night water was coming down from ceiling in our bathroom. Could not use toilet as water was dropping on our head. Mold on kitchen tiles. The shower was 4 steps up in bathroom with plastic non slip plastic on steps—mold on plastic —bad unit. The apartment is on a quiet side street and about a 15 minute walk from St. Peter’s, 10-15 minutes to Piazza Navona and the Pantheon, near grocery stores and restaurants, and near major bus lines. The apartment itself fit our needs, but it was tight for our family size (2 adults, 3 teens). The whole thing is three rooms. The front door opens into the main room, which just has a bed and an armoire - no couch, chair, etc. The back room is a large bedroom with two beds, a dresser, and closet. The kitchen is tiny: a small table, a rack with pots and pans, two small gas burners, sink, and a mini-fridge. We ate breakfast and dinner at the apartment most nights and we made it work, but it was tight. The bathroom has a shower (you have to climb five steps to get up to the stall), a toilet, sink, and bidet. There’s also a small washing machine in the bathroom that we used a lot. (No dryer, but there’s a drying rack.) There’s also an air conditioner in the back bedroom, which was pretty powerful - strong enough to cool the whole unit. ##### Michelle D. Property is in the perfect location to walk to many of the main sites. Our furthest walk was to the Colosseum and that took about 20 minutes. The Vatican was about a 12 minute walk. Property has three large beds (one bed in living room and two beds in primary bedroom). Does have some stairs, to include seven steps up to get into the shower, so elderly guest be advised. We had everything we needed for our family of 5\. The process to check in was simple, and we were withing walking distance to just about all the things we wanted ot see and do in the city. I'd highly recommend this property. The only advice I'd give future customers is to use earplugs at night. The floors are thin, so we could hear the loud foot steps and thuds from dropped items by the people above us. There is also an external stairway that can be very noisy during earyl morning and late night hours. Ear plugs would help. Otherwise, we truly loved everything about the property. ##### Amy C. He allowed us to check in an hour early and store our luggage in the stairwell of the apartment while we toured. It is listed as a 2 bedroom but is actually a one bedroom with 2 beds and a bed in the room when yiu walk in the door so that leaves no sitting room and the guests in the bedroom have to pass by the other bed to use the bathroom.
