### Lovely Design Apartment with Balcony

Lovely apartment in the middle of the tranquillity of a residential area outside the hustle and bustle of Rome's city center.   
  
The apartment features all the comforts you need to enjoy your holiday in the Eternal City, and it is the perfect nest to go back to after a long day walking around the city to discover its unique beauties.   
  
The apartment features a large bedroom with a queen-size bed and AC, a spacious and bright living room with a double sofa bed, dining table, TV and AC and from which you can access a lovely private balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare your delicious meals. The bathroom with shower has been recently renovated like the rest fo the apartment.   
  
The apartment is close to supermarkets, banks, great restaurants shops, cafés, laundromats and to bus/tram stops which will connect you to the city centre.   
  
The apartment is also very close to the Gemelli Hospital, the Olympics Stadium and the Monte Mario park.
