Indulge in the sparkling saltwater swimming pool (12 x 6 m, depth 110 - 220 cm, available seasonally from May 1st to October 15th) with a shutter cover. Enjoy the convenience of a WC in the pool area, a pool house, patio, arbour, terrace, garden furniture, and a barbecue area. Ample parking is available for up to three cars.

You will be staying in a spacious 6-room villa spanning across three levels, with a total area of 420 square meters. The villa boasts very comfortable and tasteful furnishings, including a living room with an open-hearth fireplace and a billiard room. One of the rooms features a double sofabed and a double bed, providing ample sleeping arrangements. Additionally, there is a dining room and a large, open kitchen measuring 30 square meters, equipped with modern appliances such as five hot plates, an oven, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. The kitchen also includes an open-hearth fireplace, a dining table, and a TV for your convenience. The ground floor of the villa features a room with a double bed, a double sofa bed, a shower/WC, and a separate WC, as well as a kitchenette. This room is conveniently located near the pool area.

During your stay, you will have access to a wide range of amenities, including air conditioning, a washing machine, a barbecue area, a dishwasher, a fireplace, a private patio, heating, a microwave, and a television. The maximum capacity of the villa is 13 people, with five bedrooms and five bathrooms available. Just an example, but you can enjoy a comfortable and well-equipped vacation in this villa.

The villa offers breathtaking panoramic views of the lake and the valley, creating a serene and picturesque atmosphere for your vacation. There is also a double bedroom and an open gallery with sloping ceilings and a bed, accompanied by a shower/bidet/WC. The second upper floor, accessible via a spiral staircase, boasts a large room with a panoramic window, three beds, and air conditioning, as well as a living room with a TV and a flat screen.
