The comfort and elegance of a high-level hotel combine with the warmth and details of a design house, keeping Rome's historical heritage contemporary. Located on the second floor of a prestigious building in the heart of Trastevere, the apartment, equipped with every comfort, can accommodate up to 5 people - divided between the two rooms - respecting the privacy and autonomy necessary for an unforgettable holiday. The elevator, a rare convenience in this area, facilitates access to the apartment, while its quiet location promises a peaceful stay. In the large 28m2 suite you will find a king size bed (also divisible into two single beds), a bathroom and a relaxation area. If more than two people were to be accommodated in this room, there is also another queen size double bed which, with the presence of pocket doors, guarantees privacy for guests and makes the two rooms autonomous. The apartment is completed by the second bedroom with a Queen-size double bed. The building's original features, such as vaulted ceilings and brick walls dating back to the 1800s, blend in harmony with modern elements, including a brand new kitchen fully equipped with every modern accessory, such as induction hob, oven, microwave , dishwasher, large fridge and freezer. You will find everything you need to prepare delicious dishes, with a Nespresso coffee machine to start the day with an authentic Italian espresso. Three spacious bathrooms are equipped with large modern showers (two 90x140), each with chromotherapy and a high-quality sound system for a complete relaxation experience. Each of these is also equipped with a hairdryer and hair straightener. Additionally, the house has a washing machine, dryer,(complete with soaps), ironing board and iron are available for extra convenience. The apartment is fully air conditioned and offers fast WI-FI internet connection and all rooms are equipped with Smart TV. We provide our guests with guides and maps to better explore the city, as well as advice on the best restaurants, bars and services nearby. Our maximum availability is guaranteed to ensure an unforgettable stay for our guests.
