I do suggest a few things….1) more choices of pans such as a bigger pot (spaghetti), 2) darker curtains/shades in the front bedrooms, 3) some kind of signage at the stone driveway directing up to the house (there’s a story to this one), 4) knowing guests are arriving, maybe have a front porch light on and an inside light on and have the temp in the house set better than 53 degrees, and 5) a better check out procedure flyer placed on the counter. We were very unsure how to leave the home (strip the beds or not, start a load in the washer or not) until we finally saw the small index card on the bulletin board about “housekeeping”. Owners responded to all questions and were very helpful. The house was very clean and had everything that we needed and so much more. You are getting so much more than a 4 bedroom house in wonderful. We were up visiting family and the Rock Gem and Mineral Show. I'm the only person local to Bradford County in my family. There were a few hiccups getting into the place... I wasn't able to open the door and I'm quite strong for a female. Thankfully my husband got the door open. We would 100% stay here again. It's our first Vrbo, but definitely the best experience of staying at a home/ cabin we've had thus far. The water does smell like sulfur, but that honestly doesn't bother me since I grew up in the area. Again I highly recommend this location! ##### Rachelle S. Out of all the places we stayed this is the best home we have stayed at all amenities provided and really clean. but most importantly Beautiful the view in the morning is amazing. the only down sides is the well water smell and the sheer curtains but other than that it was perfect! Only reason I mentioned curtains is we had 4 Military Vets and we have awful sleeping issues so we prefer black out curtains especially with cars headlights during the night. ##### Zee M.
