La zona cucina in comune è ben organizzata. Per colazione c'è disponibilità di caffè, succo, yogurt, merendine, burro, marmellata e cioccolata spalmabile. Possibilità di toast. A disposizione anche un microonde. La fermata degli autobus è vicinissima. I proprietari sono gentilissimi e disponibili.
