The hot water heater was out the last 2 days we stayed, had to get real inventive to get clean. Shows Air conditioning, one of the reasons we picked this location. Due to it being cold outside we were told the AC wont work and to open the window. Opening the window did fix the temperature however it also allowed all the outside noise in as the room sits directly above a restaurant/bar. They kept the place clean and stocked with essentials. Fantastic location.

Very modern room. 4 min walk from the Spanish steps. Tons of restaurants and shopping and also supermarkets. The metro is next to the Spanish steps so was easy to access. We actually wanted to stay here again on our way back from our trip and it was sold out. Great location.

Very friendly team and nice property, close to Spanish Steps. Easily accessible and short walk from many restaurants. Unfortunately, due to the close proximity of the rooms we could hear other guests yelling at all times of the day. Due to the construction next door, we could also smell sewerage in the morning.

Super close to the Spanish Steps!

The room was in a fabulous location. You couldn’t get any closer to the Spanish steps. In the shoe store next-door the two people that work there were who you checked in with. They were very helpful. Unfortunately we had trouble getting the air conditioning going but we were finally able to make it work. The lockbox and the Wi-Fi didn’t work. The refrigerator was only able to keep water at a slightly cool temperature, even after trying multiple settings. A fresh paint job would really make the place perfect though. Like I said, the staff, and the location were phenomenal. Those things alone were enough to make our stay worthwhile!

I forgot to mention we were arriving after the available check-in time.. Fabio (owner) still made sure we could enter the appartment by sending pictures en videos on how to enter etc. Also he provided us with tips and arranged a taxi for the ride to the airport. So, very customer friendly. The room was great, clean and in a nice part of town. Thanks again for your help and service Fabio!

Ottimo.

Posizione centralissima tra via del Corso e Piazza di Spagna. Camera nuova con tutto ciò che serve compreso phon e piastra per i capelli. Elegante il palazzo, cordiale il proprietario. Vado a Roma quasi tutti gli anni e ogni anno cambio Hotel o Camera, ma qui tornerò sicuramente . Consigliatissimo .
