This elegant 100 square meter apartment is located on the first floor of a characteristic building in the historic Roman center. The spacious and bright environments are developed through well-distributed rooms that guarantee comfort and functionality. The housing solution is ideal for families or groups of up to six people, with a layout of spaces that enhances both privacy and conviviality.   
 The apartment has two tastefully furnished bedrooms : the first has a comfortable double bed, while the second has two single beds. The living room, the beating heart of the house, has a double sofa bed that offers two additional beds and a smart TV for moments of relaxation. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave and dishwasher , ideal for preparing meals in total autonomy. The full bathroom provides all the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay.   
 The accommodation is equipped with all modern amenities to ensure a pleasant and carefree stay. The fast Wi-Fi connection allows you to always stay connected, while the air conditioning guarantees maximum climate comfort in every season. Efficient heating ensures an always welcoming environment, and the washing machine allows you to independently manage the laundry during your stay. Access is via a smart door , allowing a completely autonomous and flexible check-in.   
 The location in the historic center of Rome offers privileged access to the main attractions of the Eternal City. The ancient streets of the neighborhood easily lead to the most iconic monuments, while the surrounding area offers numerous clubs and dining options where you can enjoy traditional Roman cuisine.
