Les clés des portes n'ont pas fonctionné lors d'une soirée pour moi et un autre client. Il a fallu appeler la personne responsable à distance. La présence d'un réceptionniste aurait accéléré le dépannage. De plus, un bruit fort et très aigu est survenu la nuit suivante et il n'a été coupé qu'en coupant l'électricité pendant quelques secondes sur le tableau électrique. Peut-être y a-t-il un problème dans l'installation électrique. Enfin, l'ampoule de la douche ne marchait pas. Côté positif, la chambre était très propre et la douche puissante. Les serviettes et produits de lavage sont bien fournis. Et la localisation de l'hôtel est idéale.

Hôtel super situé, à deux pas d'un arrêt de bus permettant de partir aux 4 coins de Rome et tout près des rues les plus commerçantes. Chambre très spacieuse et très belle. Arrivée sans contact (contexte covid), communication avec un membre du personnel via WhatsApp pour l'arrivée. Le Wi-Fi ne fonctionnait pas et malgré mes demandes d'assistance, personne n'a résolu le problème.

Our room was nice, the bed was most comfortable, we kept repeating how great we slept! The hotel is in the perfect area to walk quickly to different sites, it was quiet in the night! Moira, the manager was super nice and helpful in giving us tips and recommendations! We would def stay at this hotel again.

The property is located in area that is walkable to all the historical sites in Rome. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping opportunities around and yet it was very quiet at our hotel room and did not hear any of the street noise outside. The bed is very comfortable with top notch beddings. The safe was not working but was easily fixed. Moira, the receptionist at the desk was the real gem of this place and helped us a lot from calling the tour company when we were running late to getting us a cab. We did get a bottle of sparkling wine too! We will definitely return if opportunity comes to return to Rome.

Moira is nice and accommodating. The room we stayed was okay. There was not enough light, we were hesitant to turn the lights on due to power outage in our room. The water takes a long time to get warm and we didn’t have hot water to shower on the second day, the bathroom sink was clogged they fixed all these, but still it was very inconvenient. The entryway to our room also smelled of cigarette smoke. In fairness to them, the beds are comfortable and the room is quiet. The area is near to all the tourists spots.

I loved my stay here! It was a perfect location. So much to do was in walking distance. I walked everywhere while I stayed here. The location is in a shopping area with tons of fabulous shopping and dinning. The vibe of the area was so fun and up beat. I felt totally safe, which was great because I was a female traveling solo. I would one hundred percent recommend this property. Moira at the front desk was so kind and helpful. She would check up on me every time I saw her and was helpful with directing me and giving me tips about the places I wanted to visit. The room was so comfortable. The bed was just right and the room was equipped with everything I needed. I was afraid that the noise from the people walking on the street below would keep me up at night, I never had a problem with that. All in all this boutique hotel was a great place to stay while touring beautiful Roma. I would stay here again.

I had an excellent experience at the hotel. It’s location is perfect, close to everything, in a pedestrian street with shops and restaurants. The room was very comfortable, lots of space, and light. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Moira at the reception was so kind and helpful, she called me in advance and sent me directions, then she greeted me and kept my bags until it was time to check in. She was always attentive at our needs, gave us directions, and even helped me sending me home something that my daughter left behind in the room. Moira was a great host. I would recommend this hotel, very happy with my choice and would definitely go back.

First, the location is amazing literally maybe 2 minutes tops away from the Spanish Steps. Was able to check in early and the room was HUGE!! The receptionist Moria was so nice and accommodating. The best accommodation I have had in Rome. Will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Rome!!

Excellent Hotel in Downtown with Amazing Staff
The stay was excellent, The Hotel was extremely clean and the rooms were nice, bathroom was exceptional with his and hers sinks. The Staff was the best, Moira was very supportive and so helpful with everything, allways trying to go the extra mile. I would definitely stay at this Hotel again. Highly recommended.

Stayed here 4 nights and had the best experience! This boutique hotel is in the ideal location, within close walking distance from great shops, bars, restaurants and Rome’s major landmarks and attractions. Room is clean, spacious and came with all the necessities. Staff members here were some of the friendliest, most helpful and accommodating people I have met throughout my entire trip here in Italy. Grazie mille, Moira and Alberto. I travelled solo and felt completely safe and comfortable the entire duration of my stay, so much so that I ended up extending my stay another night. I can’t recommend this place enough and would definitely stay here again!

Best experience! Marla was wonderful. Great location. Close to everything. So clean. The gentleman carried my really heavy bags down 4 flights of stairs. There’s an elevator but it stops between floors. Highly recommend!

Great property for those interested in visiting popular tourist spots in Rome. The property had a small fridge, small provides breakfast, safe, and comfortable bed. Unfortunately TV didn’t have available streaming services available. Overall would visit again if staying in Rome due to location to tourist spots and nearby restaurants and bars.
