Completely renovated apartment 100 metres from Termini Station. The location of the house will allow you to reach all the most important points of Rome in just a few minutes. The Colosseum and Roman Forum, the Vatican and St. Peter\'s, the Trevi Fountain, Piazza di Spagna, the Circus Maximus and other important sites are all reachable in 10 minutes by metro or bus.



The house is on the fifth floor with a lift and can accommodate up to five people. It has two bedrooms, one double and one larger one with a double bed and a single sofa bed, two bathrooms with showers, a balcony and a fully equipped kitchen with table and chairs, plates, glasses, pots, pans, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, dishwasher.



The apartment has heating, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi internet connection, bed linen, towels, washing machine, dishwasher and hairdryer, ironing board and iron, TV in all rooms.



Near the house there are all kinds of shops, supermarkets, restaurants, pizzerias and everything you might need during your holiday.

For arrivals between 8pm and 11pm, there is an additional cost of €30 to be paid in cash on arrival. After 11pm check-in is not possible unless previously agreed and subject to availability.

Tourist tax of €6 per night (up to a maximum of 10 nights) per person (not applicable to children under 10) to be paid in cash on arrival.



For stays longer than 28 nights, electricity and gas are paid separately based on consumption.

A refundable security deposit of €150 in cash is required for long-term stays, fully refundable at check-out.

From the Fiumicino and Ciampino airports, you can take either the train (from Fiumicino) or the bus (from Ciampino) to Termini Station, and then the house is a 2-minute walk away.

On request, a transfer service with a driver (with a car or van) can be provided to take guests directly from the airport gate to the apartment.
